These 2 villa are built as a request of our rental customer, which later become a very good friend of us.The couple from France and America wanted to spend the rest of their time after the retirement at Samui, so they had invested with us to build a house, and rent it to them.We’ve built 2 houses, one for my family, and one for the couple. We then become a neighbour at the end.
